Template for daily report on mobile

Motivation

It should be easy for mobile users to provide diary input.

Current state

Currently, the button to generate the message template is not visible on mobile. This is due to the fact that the attachment button provided is not part of RC core. There's an open PR for that: RocketChat/Rocket.Chat#12626

=> We'd have to fork and provide mobile apps ourselves or get Rocket.Chat convinced that having this feature is a good idea. Until the above PR to RC core is implemented, there's no high hope for mobile support by the native apps
