When users upgrade tab, the daemon & pty processes should be terminated.

This isn't so easy, as important processes may be running in the daemon's pty sessions.

Perhaps the client should warn about an API version mismatch, if the command & daemon's tab-api dependency differ?

Incompatibility warnings were added in #180, including tab version mismatches!
