To solve:

  • Use native fetch in apps (win, macos, crosswalk-android)
  • Use polyfill in crosswalk-ios, but resolve file: with XHR
  • Use native or polyfill in browser

Update:

crosswalk-ios need not to solve any more, for it uses local server to transfer files.
