It's possible to force a content structure in TipTap by using custom documents: see the official documentation for more info. I added a new, optional ->customDocument() function to the TiptapEditor which allows you to pass a string.

Example usage

TiptapEditor::make('content')
    ->customDocument('heading block*')

This is optional: if you leave it out then it will not enforce a structure.
