Create postman collections for Himanshu (EP v07 work)

What?

Create a Postman collection which will contain all the endpoints (method calls) that V3 Bundler supports.

Why?

This will be used and shared among the developers as a way to make it easier to make the first set of calls against out bundler.

How?

Creating a new Postman collection and going over each of the methods to make sure we have it covered.

@himanshugarg06 feel free to add something in case I forgot
