After a thorough library review, we have decided to implement the newer version of the AmChart library instead of Tradingview. TV liteweight version doesn't include depth chart, and as such we would have to load two chart libraries instead of one.

For this phase, AmChart provides everything we need and we can review TV charts again once we have the new UI completed.
