Unable to Send Bitcoin

I am unable to send funds from my XLite 1.0.1 wallet on Windows 10 with my local Bitcoin full node or on my Big Sur Mac without a local Bitcoin installation. The first issue is that Send Max seems to be adding additional fees that are only disclosed in the log upon transaction failure. After manually adjusting the amount, I am getting an RPC error as follows:
