I kept hitting a stack overflow in NATS transport with
serve_connection, so inlined it, which fixes the issue. Probably related to tokio-rs/tracing#1147.I'm not entirely sure how adding the
Exttraits caused this regression (which I encountered before with this function, but fixed by instrumenting less)
