Which version of the dataset to use，and how to open it

Hello, I have two questions to ask.
First, I want to use the clone pair dataset you released to train and test my model, but I don’t know which version to download.
Second, What software can be used to open the downloaded dataset? I downloaded two datasets ,bigclonebench.pgsql and era_bigclonebench.sql, but I can’t open them with pgadmin4.
