Unable to join GitHub Education

Hi everyone,

I am a freshman at Purdue, and I have tried applying for the GitHub education pack 3 times and all three have been rejected. I first tried my mobile ID, then I tried my semester course registration, and recently I have tried my transcript. I have done this with my purdue email as well.
