This should reflect:

  • angular-cli ^1.0.0
  • using typings <1.0.0 (for now)
  • sudo vs non-sudo commands
  • global install of angular-cli and local install of typings

Right now the production server needs a global install of typings <1.0.0. It'd be nice to figure out how to either take care of the typings install without sudo or get everything working with typings ^1.0.0
