  • By default UI and CLI (for gaia) should use "fractional atoms"
  • As per previous discussions with @jaekwon, minimum fraction for atoms should be 10^-8
  • still up for discussion I think
  • We should allow for the CLI tokens to be input in the fraction as well as non fractional input, aka.
--amount="1000subatoms"

is equivalent to

--amount="0.0001atoms"

and we should allow for both to be input

Can we use 10^-9. Smallest unit is a nanoatom (1 billion nAtoms = 1 Atom).
100 million is weird.

quarks are roughly 10^-9 in size from an atom - seems like the natural name

Lets go ahead and close this. We have standardized on displaying uatom
