save button doesn't get enabled on mouse actions

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. edit any textarea or input text fields with context menu actions 
(cut/paste/undo/delete/spellcheck)
2. or do a mouse drag-n-drop within same element 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
enable save button when text is changed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
