Describe the bug
The "scan" and "save" button in settings does not display a pull down list with any text on v8.0.3

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Settings
Click on "scan" button default action or "save" button default action
See error Not text in pull down loat

Expected behavior
I expected to see options in the list
