Telemetry for exceptions

We need to minimize the exceptions used. To do this, we need to collect telemetry in dmt, with information about where and what exceptions worked.

The information will be collected in one place, providing data on the launch location and the exceptions that have arisen. In the future, this information can be used to help module developers.
