Does uBlock export an interface, as AdBlock Plus does?

It seems that adblock or adblock+ would be able to let some content appears, depending of some commercial contracts…

uBlock origin/uBlock works at network level so request to fetch ads aren't even send. So the AdNauseam approach doesn't make sense in this context, there is nothing to click.
