We consider extensive documentation essential to allow the long-term development of a project and to share the knowledge that was obtained while developing it.

For this reason, no public item should be left without documentation as the crate slowly stabilizes towards a chosen implementation.

To allow for an easier automation of this process, the missing-docs lint should be moved from allow to deny.
