The test System.Diagnostics.Tests.ProcessStartInfoTests/StartInfo_NotepadWithContent(useShellExecute: True) has failed.

System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception : This function is not supported on this system

    Stack Trace:

       at System.Diagnostics.Process.StartWithShellExecuteEx(ProcessStartInfo startInfo)
   at System.Diagnostics.Process.Start(ProcessStartInfo startInfo)
   at System.Diagnostics.Tests.ProcessStartInfoTests.StartInfo_NotepadWithContent(Boolean useShellExecute)
