Your use case

What would you like to do?

Change the current beep sound when calling someone to another, more friendly, beep sound.

Why would you like to do it?

The current sound is not nice (annoying in my opinion and I don't like to call someone on matrix/element just for this reason).

How would you like to achieve it?

Replace the current beep sound with another one. If it is wanted, I can lookup if I can find a license friendly beep sound that is more friendly. I think it's too much to let the user choose between different beep sounds, so just changing the default one would be enough but maybe someone actually finds the current one nice. In that case, having the choice would be preferable of course.

Have you considered any alternatives?

Using another app.

I could not find another issue regarding this topic, if it is a duplicate, I am sorry.

Also the sound could be i18n, since the default sound on land lines are not the same depending on the country.
If you find a better sound, it would have to be applied to all Element clients.

There is a work in progress I think to produce new sounds for VoiP!

@ganfra Meaning, I don't need to look out for sounds anymore? This is a relief because I am far from being a professional sound expert.
