bug(consume): bad command in consume_direct.sh from direct's --dump-dir #1251

The shell script written to the consume direct's debug directory (generated via consume direct --dump-dir=tmp) is broken. For example, for blockchain tests (and geth), the test fixture name needs to be escaped before writing to file. There seem to be other problems with --dump-dir too - needs proper testing.
