My shell is zsh, i.e. not pk-command-not-found.

It is a race condition ;-) I.e. with PackageKit. Second run ever:

So not sure if this can be even fixed.

So yeah, don't mind if this wontfix tbh, still a race ;-)

This happens when you running fastfetch with pk-command-not-found, that is, trying to run fastfetch when it's not installed.
