Report's to issue (Reporting manager issue)

I’ve been experiencing an issue with the “Report To” field in ERPNext. When a reporting manager oversees 10 employees, initially, they can view all the employees reporting to him/her. However, after some time, a few employees disappear from the list, and I have to reset the field repeatedly. This problem occurs multiple times. Is there any solution for this?

Rebuild the employee tree

Thank you for your reply but rebuilding employee tree is not solving my problem is there other possible solution
