The following are the general and common questions you may ask.
A: UTC timezone are used in all records.
A: By default, all the timestamps of the order book and trade records are recorded in local machine clock. They are recorded as the "received time" at your machine. Sometimes, exchange API provides accurate timestamps. You can enable the switch to record the timestamp provided in the API message. However, not all API messages provide exchange timestamp, especially in order records. In such case, local machine clock is used.
