Documentation for BTK Snakemake pipeline

After being using Blobtools2 for few months now, I just came across what it seems to be an updated Snakemake pipeline of the tool. This feature is particularly useful to deal with all the dependencies and adds features such as repeat masking and contig splits before the blast queries. Is there any documentation I could use to implement and run this Snakemake pipeline?
