Uninstall the uninstall scripts

After implementing #303 to copy the install scripts to /opt/google, we will need to figure out how to uninstall the uninstall scripts. Each script should delete itself but not the other uninstall script (e.g. uninstall_fusion.sh should not delete uninstall_server.sh). This will also involve some research into how a script can delete itself on Linux.

You're also going to need to keep in mind whether or not to delete the dependency (common.sh) which both of them share.
