I want to go to lunch and let payday keep running. I was able to orphan the payday.sh process by sending kill -6 to its parent shell process. Huzzah! :D

Hey @whit537 I noticed that right now my giving history shows 2x entries for last week. Is that because the payday hasn't finished yet? I'm thinking that it should probably hide those entries until the payday is "final".

Regression fixed in #1391. Per IRC I'm rerunning payday from that branch (I've actually commented out parts of Payday.run to fast-forward.)
