UXR: Review research ops video tour and create a timecode table of contents

Overview

We need to do review the HfLA Research Structures video tour and create a document that connects video timecode to sections and document names so that we may quickly reference the video while we create issue templates, Gdoc templates, wikis, etc.

Action Items

• Create a google doc in the UX Research named [#1927] UXR: Review research ops video tour and create a timecode table of contents
  • title, date, and add description and author to the document
  • Tab 1: Timecoded Table-of-Contents (see reference R.1)
  • Tab 2: Document Reverse-Lookup (see reference R.2)
