Cleanup knowledgebase content drive assignee board

Overview

We need to clean up and create roster of assignees that need access to the knowledgebase content drive

Action Items

need to identify who is assigned to issues (all team members)

• Go to Resource 2 and copy the GitHub handle from the assignee column
• Paste the GitHub handle into the GitHub column of Resource 1 (column N)

review comments on this issue (Bonnie only)

• Review comments on this issue (left by document movers) to identify who owns documents that are "shared with me" that needs to be added to the knowledgebase content drive
• When there are no unresolved comments below, look at each issue that has a label "drive: shared with me" (resource 3)
• Bonnie will fill in the missing info in the roster from table in Resource 4)
