Notes:

• The solution isn't perfect but works for now
  • the time in/time out can be done out of sync without matching activities
• We created a new form for makeup entries. This requires manual manipulation in order for the date to be used for calculation.
• Will give Elizabeth a tutorial on how to do the manual part for the makeup data on Monday so this can be maintained.
