Epic: Update all stakeholder-related issues with instructions about adding a slide to the PeopleDepot staging deck

Overview

The staging deck is where we will create slides about GitHub issues which relate to our stakeholders (VRMS, CTJ, Website, and KB).

Every stakeholder-related issue on the PeopleDepot project board needs to contains instructions for updating the staging deck, so that:

• We can reduce the time it takes to make the staging deck, and
• We don't miss issues that are relevant to our stakeholders.

Action Items

• Create issues with the following titles, using the template below for each one (Resources 1.01) and adding the quick link to the relevant column (Resources 1.02):
  • Update stakeholder-related issues in the PRIORITIZED BACKLOG with staging deck links
  • Update stakeholder-related issues in the IN PROGRESS column with staging deck links
  • Update stakeholder-related issues in the NEW ISSUE REVIEW column with staging deck links
  • Update stakeholder-related issues in the ICE BOX with staging deck links
  • Update all issue templates with staging deck links and resource links for related issues
• Add the appropriate labels to each issue (see this TDM issue as an example), including ready for prioritization
• Add the milestone 05. Team Workflow to each issue
