Describe the bug

On the My Projects Page, the main Search Bar only searches the entire project #list when on page one or when viewing all projects. If a user goes to page 2, and searches for a project, it will not appear and the entire list of visible projects will disappear from the page. This affects the end user's ability to search for their projects in the My Projects page.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Only tried this action on a Mac desktop Chrome browser

    1. Go to the My Projects Page using the Dev Site Login - TDM UX account
    1. Click on the main search bar and search "Parker Apartments" to confirm the project exists in the project list (this should yield the wanted result)
    1. Clear the search bar
    1. Go to page 2 of the My Projects page project lists
    1. Click on the main search bar and search "Parker Apartments"
    1. See error (no projects will appear in the list)

What's the expected result?

The main search bar should be able to search across all pages for the desired project name when on any page, not just page 1 of the My Projects page.

What's the actual result?

What is actually occurring is that if a user goes to any page that is not page 1, and searches for a project utilizing the main search bar, the desired project will not appear and the entire list of visible projects will disappear from the page.

The desired behavior to fix this bug is to return you to page 1 whenever you use any filters.
