Bug: Submit Snapshot table titles have colons

Describe the bug

Currently, on the Submit Snapshot page, the Snapshots Meeting Target Points, Snapshots Not Meeting Target Points, and Submitted Snapshot tables all have titles that end with colons. Those colons should not be there.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Log into the TDM site.
2. Navigate to the Submit Snapshot page.
3. Find the titles for the Snapshots Meeting Target Points, Snapshots Not Meeting Target Points, and Submitted Snapshot tables.

What's the expected result?

None of the tables' titles should end with a colon.

What's the actual result?

All of the tables' titles end with colons.
