It would be nice to have a chat box next to each box of 'my schedules' and 'unplayed games' where players chat to find the right time to play.
Each chat should be accessible only by the two players of that game but visible to everyone. This allows organisers to easily check whether players are proactive in the tournament or not.
Also a notification when your opponent writes in the chat, and when propose or accept a time should be added (or at least option from the profile config).

This is a good idea but I would say that each game should get a Chat button next to the join game button instead. What you sketched out in the image above won't really work on a phone screen. And imo we should limit the visibility/ability to chat to just tournament organizer + players. Other users don't need to see this, it just clutters the interface for them and they will see what was decided by the scheduled time displayed.
Fair enough! Just to be clear, only the players involved in that match should be able to write in that chat of course.
But anyone should be able to click on the chat button to see the conversation, that is public.
So I guess the chat will 'expand' or become visible once you click on the chat button? Is that feasible?
I'm not sure if the chat button should be next to the join game button for 'my schedules' or 'unplayed games' box... If you are not playing the tournament then there is no 'my schedules' box, and there is no problem in that case.
(btw the same matches are in both boxes, 'my games' and 'unplayed games', maybe it shouldn't be like that? if it's in 'my schedules', doesn't need to be also in 'unplayed games'..? But that's another story)
