EVM/solidity compatibility issues

I wanted to collect together some issues with compiled solidity code that users are having issues with on our stack. In order to go on on a frenzied rampage of EVM fixing...

For the benefit of those not on Zenhub this includes:

• Exception while trying to store an array of contracts in Solidity #413
• Valid solidity function leads to "Invalid jump dest" in ErisDB #474
• Invalid opcode with byte code produced by solc v0.4.9 #526
