Dual injections from FOODON and OBI into GAZ causes incoherency
See tracker: obi-ontology/obi#1375

Discussed on July 13th, 2021 OBO operation committee meeting. Decided to remove GAZ: 'geographic location' from IAO and axiom: 'postal address' is about some geographic location'.

If we want to associate 'postal address' with a location, we can use GEO_000000372: 'geographical region'.

If no objection in a week, I'd like to merge pull request, #248
