FSharp Interactive and Intellisence freezes after 10 minutes or so

Describe the bug

I will run things in Fsharp interactive and every so often I will alt + enter and everything freezes

Steps to reproduce

After freeze the only way to fix is to do a developer reload
After this it will work for a little while before having to do it again
This might have to do with Github Copilot extension or a new version of VScode
