Find potential mini projects in ipfs/notes

Traditionally, the GitHub issues feature on the ipfs/notes repo has been used for brainstorming features:

Right now, there are 317 open issues, some of which might be good candidates for a 1 week mini project. It would be good to go through them for some inspiration.

Additionally, some of the ideas submitted here could also be added as issues in ipfs/notes.
