Description

Trying to bring up ipfs with docker on Apple M1 mac and I get the following output. Similar to #8645 except I'm using the latest version. Version 0.10.0 works.

$ docker run -d --name ipfs_host -v $ipfs_staging:/export -p 4001:4001 -p 4001:4001/udp -p 127.0.0.1:8080:8080 -p 127.0.0.1:5001:5001 ipfs/go-ipfs

Fixed in #8704, will be released in go-ipfs 0.13
