Instead of messing around with saving state to disk and so on, what if we just use the OP status on IRC? Then all existing OPs can add new/remove OPs and we don't really have to have any logic about removing/adding friends. Should make it a bit easier.

We could also use voice (+v).

Oh, yeah, that's probably a better idea as it doesn't give away full control of the channel. Admins would be OPs and friends would be voiced.
