An idea was proposed to pull all the OKR Open Planning to a single repo so that it is easy for the multiple working groups to find the other WG discussions, communicate needs/requirements and help set the right goals.

This idea was well received. I'm going to move the OKR.mds to ipfs/pm and link to the previous discussions so that we can execute on this next quarter.
