It lists all the symbols in a three-column format (on desktop), and then it lists them again in a single-column format. It seems like an odd layout for an index page.
(I think "default" might be a clue, but listing them all twice doesn't seem like a great way to indicate this.)
Edit: this is clearer on the deno.land page. Each function is in the "default" module and it's also in its own module, with the same name as the function. This looks weird because modules aren't indicated very clearly.
