Analogue pins do not line up with tft touch pins

Tried to cheap out when building this myself, bought a temu esp32c3 dev board and breakout, anyways everything seems to work fine it boots up starts but the touch doesn’t work, on further investigating my analogue pins are different to the pins used by proper dev boards. How can I change the pin out?
I am new to all this so it could be simple and I’m not seeing the solution
