Below is a DRAFT of a license for this project.  Code is currently being
solicited from and contributed from various folks and the project is in an alpha
stage.  It is necessarily to get express, written permission from people before
this license can fairly be applied.  Once this has been done, this document will
be finalized and moved from DRAFT.LICENSE to LICENSE.
