Kids First Data Resource Center Long Reads Alignment and Variant Calling Workflows

This repository contains the Kids First Data Resource Center (KFDRC) Long Reads Workflows. These pipelines are designed specifically to handle third-generation sequencing outputs. Experiments from this generation of sequencing generate reads that reach lengths of 10 kilobases.
