I am really impressed and use it now for some plots. I noticed a crash, which I sort of fixed, and I see that part of the keywords that are mentioned are not implemented (yet), seems like this is a direct copy of steamplot. Anyway, I really like what your code does and would like to ask you to submit it to matplotlib, as was suggested on this page. I think that would be a very valuable addition. Would you consider this?
