Describe the bug:
In the latest version, HostTailer and EventTailer are enabled by default

Expected behaviour:
I'd expect that these are enabled only if I want them to be.

Steps to reproduce the bug:
Deploy logging-operator-logging without changes to the hostTailer and eventTailer fields from values.
