Tabs for other things in code blocks in documentation

laravel/docs#9291 and laravel/laravel.com#318 introduced tabs for PHPUnit vs Pest. But this could be used way broader in the docs:

• Attributes ([11.x] Add tabs for attribute sample code blocks docs#9968)

• Helpers vs Facades

• Source vs target ([11.x] Creation/Definition/Usage and Installation/Configuration code block tabs docs#9974)

• Multiple files (file names might be nice in general) ([11.x] Creation/Definition/Usage and Installation/Configuration code block tabs docs#9974)

• Definition vs registration ([11.x] Creation/Definition/Usage and Installation/Configuration code block tabs docs#9974)

Furthermore, the torchlight syntax highlighter offers highlighting, focusing, and collapsing of lines, which we might want to make use of in some cases.
