Describe the bug
In LibreOffice and elsewhere, when using both Liberation Serif and Liberation Sans as the font, the RIGHTWARDS ARROW character u2192 '→' is strangley small. It does not conform to the typical positioning of most other fonts, and looks terrible. Normally, I have to copy and paste arrow with a different font, but this seems quite pointless and unnecessary -- perhaps the font could simply be corrected by changing the size/position of this arrow?
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open up LibreOffice on either Ubuntu 20.04 or 18.04
Type the text as above, in one of the two problematic fonts.
See error
Expected behavior
See image above. Arrows should be positioned mid-height on the 'x' character, and with a width similar to an em dash.
