U+0387 greek ano teleia is positioned lower than expected.
In my humble opinion it is the same glyph as middle dot (U+00B7)
To Reproduce
here is the problem graphically

;:· (middle dot at the end)
Expected behavior
The U+0387 dot should appear at the same height as he dot in the semi colon and the higher dot of the colon characters .Check the example above.
Windows fonts (such as Arial, Times New Roman, and Georgia) display the glyph correctly. If you display this post in a windows font, you can see the dots above in different heights. However, with Liberation fonts, the dots appear both at the same height, the 'ano teleia' lower than expected.
