Describe the bug

In the Ukrainian word її the diaerasis usually overlap with each other.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to LibreOffice Writer
  2. Type ЇЇ її
  3. Set font face to one of Liberation font family
  4. See error

Expected behavior

As my suggestion, you should implement contextual alternates for this letter to make collision avoidance. You can also consider adding kerning if necessary.
